Weddings
We understand that every wedding is unique, and so we like to take the time to discuss with our clients to understand your likes and dislikes; ensuring that we make the perfect floral arrangements for your special day. We cater all weddings; from intimate courthouse elopements to grand manor house extravaganzas, with our team available on-site while we set up your vision in time for the big moments ahead. We love bringing your ideas to life and making magic for your big day.
Service Area
We automatically cover the greater Reading area, and are happy to provide our services to weddings farther afield when discussed. If you need the flowers - we will deliver them! We have serviced most traditional venues in the greater Reading area, and we are looking forward to discovering more in the future alongside our couples.
Every wedding we service is designed uniquely to match the couple, but we are happy to offer recommendations for floral decorations based off of your wedding size and budget. Pricing
We quote our prices based on seasonal flowers. Should you wish for specific flowers and/or colours, please let us know during your consultation so we can incorporate this into our pricing. Every wedding is different, so price points will vary. For an accurate quote, make sure to book in for a consultation with our team.
At 7 Flowers & Tea, we have no minimum spend for our weddings, however smaller weddings & budgets may be subject to less customisation so as to fit within your price points. Our team is always committed to bringing your vision to life within your budget, so to receive a no-obligation quote, please contact us via email or phone to arrange a consultation.
We group our weddings into three main size categories:

Intimates (bridal bouquet and groom buttonhole only)

Personals (bride, groom and bridal & groom parties)

The Full Package (all of the above, plus venue arrangements)
For those looking for a full venue arrangement, we recommend a minimum spend of £1500, venue size dependent.

Your Journey With Us
1. Whether via wedding fair, email, phone call or popping into store - our team will refer you to our expert wedding consultant to discuss basic ideas and to check our availability. Whether you're booking 2 years in advance or 2 months, we'll do our best to get you in.
2. In-Person Consultation
Pick the date and time - we will sit together and discuss details and ideas together over a pot of tea. A no obligation quotation will be delivered alongside our contract.
3. Confirming Your Booking
If you're happy with our team's understanding of your vision, and would be happy to go forward with the booking, we will send an invoice for a 20% deposit.
4. The 'Back-&-Forth'
In the run up to your wedding, we will stay in contact with you via email, sending over ideas; confirming details and finalising a timeline for the big day.

5. The Final Catch Up
If there has been a considerable amount of time between your initial consultation and the wedding, we will book you in for a final meet where we will confirm ideas haven't changed from what was discussed and that everyone is on the same page. Here we will make the final arrangements and your final balance will be due.
6. Your Wedding Day
Believe it or not - we will enjoy your big day as much as you! We will deliver directly to you and stay onsite all day for any discussed moves, scenery changes etc as planned.
7. Post Wedding Contact
There's nothing to fear - we will just be here to wish you a happy marriage and arrange collections/drop-offs of any rented equipment.
