Care Information after you receive it:

1. **Trim the Stems**:
   - Before placing lilies in water, trim about an inch from the bottom of each stem at a diagonal angle. This increased surface area allows for better water absorption.

2. **Remove Leaves**:
   - Strip any leaves that will be submerged in water, as they can promote bacterial growth and shorten the lifespan of your arrangement.

3. **Use Clean Water**:
   - Fill a clean vase with fresh, lukewarm water. Avoid using cold water, as it can shock the flowers. Change the water every few days to keep it fresh.

4. **Add Floral Preservative**:
   - If provided, mix floral preservative into the water. This helps to nourish the lilies and reduce bacteria. If you don’t have a preservative, a mixture of sugar and a few drops of bleach can be a suitable alternative.

5. **Avoid Direct Sunlight**:
   - Place the vase away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and drafts. Lilies thrive in cooler temperatures and indirect light.

6. **Be Cautious with Ethylene Gas**:
   - Keep lilies away from fruits and vegetables, as they emit ethylene gas, which can cause flowers to wilt prematurely.

7. **Monitor Water Levels**:
   - Check the water level daily and top off as needed. Ensure the stems remain submerged to prolong freshness.

8. **Prune Wilting Blooms**:
   - As lilies bloom and begin to wilt, remove spent flowers to encourage new blooms and keep the arrangement looking fresh.

9. **Mist Regularly**:
   - Lightly mist the blooms with water periodically to keep them hydrated and fresh, especially in dry environments.

10. **Enjoy the Fragrance**:
    - Remember that some lilies can be quite fragrant, which can add a lovely scent to your space. However, if the scent becomes overwhelming, consider relocating the arrangement to a different area.

  • The size of our bouquets is primarily determined by the price and size of individual flowers used. Bouquets with the same price may vary in size depending on the type of flowers selected. For example, a rose bouquet will generally be smaller in size compared to a seasonal bouquet of similar value, as roses are more expensive than other flower types.

Additionally, the ratio of flowers to leaves will also influence the overall size of the bouquet. A bouquet with more flowers and fewer leaves will have a smaller finished size, while a bouquet with more leaves and fewer flowers will appear larger.

Please note that flower sizes and arrangements can vary slightly due to seasonal availability and market fluctuations.
