Care Information after you receive it:
To ensure the longevity of fresh tulips in a vase, it is important to follow certain care tips. Start by trimming the stems at an angle to enable better water absorption. Place the tulips in lukewarm water with added flower food to provide necessary nutrients. Keeping them away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and fruit can help prevent premature wilting.Changing the water every 2-3 days and recutting the stems can maintain the tulips' freshness. Removing any wilted or decaying leaves from the stems and petals also promotes their longevity. Tulips are sensitive to bacteria, so ensuring a clean vase and water is essential. Placing a penny or an aspirin in the water can also help keep the tulips fresh.Tulips tend to continue growing after being cut, so frequently checking the water level and ensuring the stems are submerged can prevent them from bending or drooping. Various sources like ProFlowers, Flower Magazine, and The Old Farmer's Almanac offer detailed care instructions for fresh tulips. By following these suggestions, you can enjoy your tulip bouquet for an extended period.
Just TULIPS
The size of our bouquets is primarily determined by the price and size of individual flowers used. Bouquets with the same price may vary in size depending on the type of flowers selected. For example, a rose bouquet will generally be smaller in size compared to a seasonal bouquet of similar value, as roses are more expensive than other flower types.
Additionally, the ratio of flowers to leaves will also influence the overall size of the bouquet. A bouquet with more flowers and fewer leaves will have a smaller finished size, while a bouquet with more leaves and fewer flowers will appear larger.
Please note that flower sizes and arrangements can vary slightly due to seasonal availability and market fluctuations.
